Our Story
Blue Haven Property Management & Consulting was built on years of hands-on experience in property management, real estate, and real estate investing. Led by Kim, our Property Manager in Charge, we've worked with long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental properties, commercial real estate, and investment properties from multiple perspectives—including as property managers, real estate professionals, landlords, and investors ourselves. That well-rounded experience allows us to understand the challenges and opportunities property owners face because we've experienced many of them firsthand.
What truly sets Blue Haven apart is that our support often begins long before a property is ever listed for rent. We help clients identify investment properties with strong short-term rental potential, evaluate locations and income opportunities, and develop a strategy before they buy whenever possible. Once a property is selected, we can guide the entire launch—from design recommendations, furnishings, photography, and guest-ready preparation to marketing, pricing strategy, and ongoing full-service management. Whether you're purchasing your first investment property or expanding an established portfolio, our goal is to help you build a rental that performs well, delights guests or tenants, and becomes a successful long-term investment.
